Adrian Perreau de Pinninck is a Certified Scrum Trainer® and Level 2 Ambassador of Agile Academy, recognized for advancing agile thinking through systems leadership and organizational innovation. With a PhD in Artificial Intelligence and over 20 years of international experience, he helps teams and executives navigate complexity through agility, sociocracy, and continuous learning.

As the Founder of Partnos, Adrian supports organizations in becoming more adaptive, innovative, and human-centric. His work spans startups and Fortune 500 companies across sectors such as IT, telecom, aerospace, banking, pharmaceuticals, and advertising. Combining strategic insight with academic depth, Adrian brings a rare balance of theory and practice to every transformation he leads.

Before founding Partnos, Adrian held senior leadership roles including CIO at Voxel Group, Director of Learning and Development at Codurance, and Engineering Program Manager at Criteo—Europe’s fastest-growing tech company at the time. He has led major transformation efforts, such as implementing Continuous Delivery during an IPO journey and reducing delivery lead times from 60 days to just 15.

A frequent speaker at global agile conferences and lecturer at La Salle and ESADE, Adrian has trained more than 2,000 professionals worldwide. His mission is to help organizations grow into adaptive, healthy ecosystems where innovation and resilience flourish.
