Adrián Perreau de Pinninck

Adrian is an organizational transformation expert and Certified Scrum Trainer® with a strong academic and practical foundation. He holds a PhD in Artificial Intelligence and completed the Management Development Program at IESE Business School, ranked among the top globally.

With more than two decades of experience across Europe, Adrian has partnered with companies in industries ranging from pharmaceuticals and advertising to aerospace and finance. He is the Founder of Partnos, a consultancy focused on helping organizations become more agile, innovative, and human-centric.

Adrian previously held senior leadership roles including CIO at Voxel Group, Director of Learning and Development at Codurance, and Engineering Program Manager at Criteo—Europe’s fastest-growing tech company at the time. He has driven critical transformation efforts, including the implementation of Continuous Delivery during a company’s IPO journey and reducing delivery lead times from 60 days to just 15.

He is a frequent speaker at global agile conferences, a lecturer at La Salle and ESADE, and a longtime facilitator at SoCraTes Spain. Adrian has trained over 2,000 professionals and is deeply committed to helping teams apply Agile, Sociocracy, and AI to create high-impact, future-ready organizations.
